We like so many of you, got tired of the store bought options using cheaper and cheaper meat and less and less flavor. So, we started making our own and after a half dozen or so years of doing it, we’ve got some great recipes that our friends kept urging us to share… So we made Missing Link Sausage Company and hope to sate your hunger!
All sausages are made by Tyler and Garrett, right here in Portland. We only use fine locally sourced meat, and hand make every sausage.
